From Your Heart to Ours

You are all so creative making scenes with your stamps - so fun looking through all the entries!

This week we are hosting our From Your Heart to Ours challenge. This is an opportunity for you to share not only your artwork, but also a little story or information about your artwork and yourself.

The theme this week is Home Decor. We want to see something that you have created for your home. This can be something you display all the time or it can be something seasonal. Maybe something you've had around for awhile and are proud of or something new you create this week. Whatever it is, it must feature Close To My Heart products in some way (new or old). And we would love to hear what is special about your project - why it was made, who it was made for, what it means to you.

The Design Team has some decor items to share with you so let's see what's in store with the team:

Ahhh, such beautiful items! It's so nice to know that we can use our creativity to brighten up our living spaces as well as creating cards and projects that brighten others' days.

So now it's your turn! Post your home decor and tell us all about it. You have until the end of the month to play along with all of the challenges of the month in order to win one of two prizes from our fabulous sponsors - Lori Brown and Angie Parchey! So keep on posting - we love to see what you are creating!

I got lucky this week! I had just created a 5x7 framed collage a couple weeks ago using CTMH stamps.
I really love all the different items from our designers! What great variety! Thanks everyone!

Corina, love the memo board! What did you use to back it?

I just made this banner for my scrapbook studio. It greets my guests and customers as they come in the door.

Hi Trisha,
Thanks for your comment!
I purchased the cork board at Walmart. It's framed and ready to be mounted on the wall. I used 3 sheets of our "Kraft" paper and 3 sheets of Outdoor Denim card stock to cover the whole thing, then added the B&T's on top of the that. I hope this helps.

Decorating w/CTMH is so much fun! I hope it's okay to link up an "older" project. Mine proudly sits on my mantle.

Wow! Great work ladies! I am super inspired to try and do more "decor" projects after seeing all your great ideas! I have shared a white board type idea that I made for my youngest boys about a year ago. Thanks for another great challenge!

My modest project does not compare to the rest of the entries, but it is something I've never done before. Hopefully, I can do better next time.
