You can't really make beautiful things without tools. We always dream about the perfect paper, the perfect stamp or the perfect color...but how about the perfect tool? What is that one tool that you just cannot seem to live without? What is the tool that is your go to?

Anything Goes!

It is "Anything Goes" challenge week, and we would love to see any and all projects you create using Close To My Heart products.  It doesn't have to be made entirely using CTMH, just one or more qualifies for the challenge.  This challenge will be open through Saturday, December 2.

Coming Up Roses

Hello everyone! Hope this post find you all well.  This new week brings you to another brand new challenge here at Heart 2 Heart, our second for May.   The challenge is called "Coming Up Roses", but you can use ANY flowers you want.   Even Daisy, Honeysuckles or even wild bouquet.  Those April showers last month are of course bringing May flowers now!

Hip to be Square

It's all about the square - open or closed, to add a border or not to add a border, to layer or not to layer... Perhaps the song "Hip to be Square" by Huey Lewis and the News comes to mind - I know that is an old favourite of mine and remains in my music collection today. Maybe square means something totally different to you that we haven't even considered! 
If you choose to use the shape of a square, your project can be simply a square shape, a series of squares, interlocking squares, multiple squares or any combinations of squares that you can create. Or surprise us and do something totally different with the square theme - after all, it's "Hip to be Square" this week!

Baby Love

It's time for a little baby love!  It's all about the baby in each of us - or is it? It might be about the baby that someone else is having... or that someone has already had... or maybe about YOU as a baby. Perhaps putting a reverse spin on things, to have a baby, then there also has be a mom - therefore, this ties in to the very recent Mother's Day. There are all sorts of possibilities with "Baby Love," as you can see.

Colour Challenge - Fern

Being that St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner (March 17th), the challenge this week is a colour challenge - it is all about FERN! Close to My Heart has some terrific Fern coloured products - pull them out and get creating with this awesome colour!

Favorite Paper Pack

Welcome to this week's Heart2Heart Challenge!  This week's theme is all about your favorite Close To My Heart Paper Pack.  Your favorite paper pack doesn't have to be the traditional 12X12 paper, it can also be the Picture My Life cards and overlays.  Close To My Heart releases several paper packs every quarter in addition to the annual inspiration paper packs and it's so hard to just pick one so feel free to share one or many. You will have all month long to participate in any (or all) of this month's challenges!

Wonderful Watercolors!

Welcome to our Heart 2 Heart Challenge this week as we explore trendy watercolors! Watercolors are a versatile medium that can do everything from bold striking splashes to the softest of washes and color images with artistic flair.  

This trend has taken hold in everything from home decor to fashion which means papercrafting is also exploring this beautiful medium. Close to my Heart recently began offering pan watercolors that have set off an explosion of creativity in the ranks of our Consultants as we get to know one of the new products in our line.
