Welcome to this week's Heart 2 Heart challenge! 

This is the first challenge in November and the US Thanksgiving holiday is quickly approaching (other countries celebrate at different times of the year). Many individuals are focused on being grateful for what they have, especially in this difficult year. In today's society with so many negative things happening, it can be difficult at times to realize all of our blessings.

All of us here are Heart 2 Heart are very thankful for those of you who read this challenge blog and especially for those who participate in the weekly challenges!  There are SO many reasons for which to be thankful! This challenge is an opportunity to focus on that theme.

Pet-Pourri

Welcome to this week's Heart 2 Heart challenge!  Like all of our April challenges, you can play along all month long!

The theme this week is Pet-Pourri. We love our pets and this is a great time to scrapbook your pets or create a pet-based card for someone special. Pets are truly members of the family and they are sometimes overlooked in creative endeavours - it's time to let them take the spotlight!

Texture It

Color Challenge: Candy Apple

Welcome to the first post of July! 

It is a time of celebration in both Canada and the US this week - July 1st is Canada Day (obviously in Canada) and July 4th is Independence Day in the US. Both of these dates are of historical significance in the two countries and each has one thing in common - the colour RED!

Our challenge this week is a color challenge - and that is to use the color CANDY APPLE. 

Candy Apple is a Close To My Heart colour and it is a bold red. You may certainly use other colors in your project but we do ask that the FOCAL color is Candy Apple.

Happy Times

Welcome to this week's Heart 2 Heart challenge! 

Since it is just after the Easter weekend, everyone should be HAPPY, right? For many of us, Easter involved chocolate in some form, and that makes almost everyone happy :) 

What a perfect reason to have a HAPPY TIMES challenge! 

Bring on the good times - and this can be happy moments in the form of a scrapbook layout, a card, or perhaps using the So Much Happy paper collection from Close To My Heart. There are so many ways to show us your happy times, so let's get rolling.

Love of Color

Everything I do, I do for love . . . of color!  I know you love color too, right?  Maybe you have your own favorite color scheme, or just one set color, or maybe you love them ALL!  This week's challenge is all about the love of color!

Show us your love!  Bring a project that showcases your love of a specific color scheme, go for monochromatic, invite ROY G BIV, or, if you don't know where to start, you can always take a page out of the "For the Love of Color" book, by Close To My Heart.
