Welcome Our New DT Members!

The Heart 2 Heart Challenges Design Team has grown!  We're excited to welcome two new members, and we hope they'll inspire you during their term.
Hi - My name is Jennifer Kelly.  I have just celebrated my 8th anniversary with Close to My Heart.  I started scrapbooking after being invited to a stamp club.  I had no idea what I was doing back then but fell in love with this "hobby".  My husband, Ed, and I will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary this July.  I have two grown sons, Matthew (Jenna) and David (Amanda) and I am loving being a recent retiree.

I love all things crafty, and spend as much time as I can in my scrap closet.    It is important to be able to us  to make and continue traditions and preserve those memories on paper, which is where my blog name, Paper Traditions, came from.    My style tends to lean to the clean and simple side, but will step outside the box for some great techniques.

I'm thrilled to be a design team member for Heart 2 Heart Challenges and look forward to sharing my artwork in the challenges.

Shirley Ross is no stranger to H2H.  We're pleased to have her back on the DT again.  She writes:

Who knew I would love playing with stamps and ink and paper. And yet that is my passion. Watching a new project come to life from what is conceived in the imagination to an actual creative project makes my heart sing. And Close To My Heart is where I learned to unleash my creative side. And where I continue to learn and grow and thrive. Over my ten years with Close To My Heart as an independent consultant and businesswoman, I have earned a cruise to the Mediterranean, grown an award winning team of FUN fellow heARTists, and continued to let my creative side soar. Teaching and guiding my fellow heARTists is why I do what I do. Who knew I would love playing with stamps and ink and paper.

Please help us welcome our new members.  You will see them in action this coming week!
